Jonathan was a wonderful guide through the process of our new roof, beginning to end. He dealt with our insurance company, added roof vents that were not part of the original  construction of our home (and very necessary in hot Colorado summers), was patient when we decided on a different shingle color, and walked the property when the job was complete. Jonathon Shockey from Cardinal Exterior was quick to respond when I called for an inspection and quick to schedule us.  We had trouble with our mortgage company passing the payments from our insurer to us to pay Cardinal but Jonathon was always there to help us with all the paperwork from the insurer and the mortgage folks.  His crew did a thorough job installing and cleaning after the installation. The Cardinal representative Jonathan was brought over to my home by a neighbor who had just had his roof very successfully redone. Jonathan offered a free roof inspection and gave me a report with pictures verifying that my roof was in good condition with no worries. What a wonderful and professional thing to do.
